How do I create an account?
Visit our registration page, fill in your details, and click Register. Your account is activated instantly.
Is Wittyboost free to join?
Yes! Creating an account is completely free. You only pay when you purchase services.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link we send you.
Can I change my email address?
For security reasons, email changes require contacting our support team with proof of identity.
Wallet & Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Debit/Credit cards, Bank Transfer, and USSD via Paystack, Flutterwave, and Monnify.
How long does funding take?
Wallet funding is instant for card payments. Bank transfers may take up to 5 minutes.
Is there a minimum deposit amount?
The minimum deposit is ₦100.
Can I transfer money to another user?
Yes! Go to Wallet → Transfer tab and enter the recipient's email address.
Are there withdrawal options?
Currently, wallet balance can only be used for services on the platform or transferred to other users.
SMM Services
Are the followers/likes real?
We source from high-quality providers. Most are real or high-retention accounts. Quality varies by service.
What happens if my order doesn't complete?
Orders that fail to start are automatically refunded to your wallet within 24 hours.
Can I cancel an SMM order?
Once an order starts processing, it cannot be cancelled. Contact support if you have an issue.
Do you offer refills for dropped followers?

Foreign Numbers
How long is the virtual number valid?
Each number session is valid for 20 minutes from purchase.
Can I receive multiple OTPs?
You can receive OTPs from the selected service during your 20-minute session.
What if I don't receive an OTP?
If no OTP arrives within the session, cancel the number for a 50% refund.
Which services can I receive OTP for?

How do I sell a gift card?
Go to Gift Cards → Sell tab, select your card type, enter details, and our team reviews within 15-30 minutes.

How long does approval take?
Gift card reviews typically take 15–30 minutes during business hours.
What if my gift card is rejected?
Cards are rejected if they are invalid, used, or below minimum value. Contact support for details.

Why do I need KYC verification?
KYC is required for higher transaction limits and additional features. It also protects your account.
What documents are accepted?
National ID, International Passport, Driver's License, Voter's Card, or NIN Slip.
How long does KYC approval take?
KYC verification takes 24–48 hours on business days.
