By accessing or using Wittyboost ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Wittyboost provides a digital marketplace platform offering social media growth services, virtual phone numbers, gift card trading, social media account marketplace, and a digital wallet system. Services are provided to users based in Nigeria and are subject to applicable Nigerian laws.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
Wallet funds are held in trust for service purchases. Wittyboost does not offer cash withdrawals unless explicitly stated. All payments are final except where explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before placing orders.
Social media services (followers, likes, views) are provided by third-party providers. Wittyboost makes no guarantee about the permanence of delivered services. Results may vary. Services that violate platform terms of service are used at the user's own risk.
Gift card trades are subject to verification and approval. Wittyboost reserves the right to reject any gift card submission. Rates displayed are estimates and may change. Payment for verified cards will be made to your wallet within the stated timeframe.
Virtual numbers are provided for legitimate OTP verification purposes only. Using virtual numbers for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities is strictly prohibited. Sessions are time-limited and non-refundable except as stated.
The account marketplace facilitates peer-to-peer trading with escrow protection. Wittyboost takes a service fee on transactions. Users are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of listings. Wittyboost is not responsible for disputes arising from false listings.
You may not use Wittyboost for: fraud or money laundering, creating fake accounts or identities, spamming or phishing activities, circumventing platform security, or any illegal activities under Nigerian law.

Wittyboost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Wittyboost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
